5:21PM UPDATE: The new servers will be turned on in the early AM. Please try back tomorrow morning.

What a GREAT problem to have. Our servers are absolutely slammed. Dell's gonna be happy, we’ll be bringing plenty of new hardware online to handle the immense traffic hit with 24,000 people not just browsing, but participating.

Wow, it's been amazing!

I was up at 3AM posting myself, everything was fine. I get up this morning (I see my email went out to everyone) and boom the servers were squealing.

Don't worry, the tech team are on it!

You've amazed them!

24,000 is just the first wave, the number will grow. Should be very interesting.

Everything is going really good , the only thing that i think could be better is more attention , that i feel is missing on the . There are a lot of ideas but they a lot of good ones are going of sight without any feedback .

Funny thing is how we can still post with no problem by not going on index.php

Hehe, did you expect anything less Dave?

You've hit a raw nerve with this competition. Something really cool is about to happen that may well go and turn the indy game dev scene on it's head.

I can't wait to see what 24000 aspiring game developers can create, it's gonna be awesome!
